Role & Responsibilities

• Candidate will take end to end ownership of an internal product line, identify end-user requirements, define the product vision and road map, create design concepts/technology and monitor to drive the implementation of the product roadmap.
• Analyse the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them in order to reduce failure rates, increase usage and improve business ROI.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to help define the product strategy that meets the customers’ needs while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource costs.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Assist in the definition of product scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Work closely with the design & development teams to explain the requirements of new features and change request for current features.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Skilled in a collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of various teams
• Closely manage the rollout of all product requirements with a focus on both quality and time to market.
• In charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high-level requirement gathering, and product training/marketing.
• Product Vision and Direction – Develop and drive it; Drive cross-functional team around product vision
• Ability to identify key Impact projects and Launch Planning with Product Marketing
• Perform the following functions of a PM exceptionally well Metric-driven approach to product changes;
• Good handle to customers – micro-segments and their needs etc.
• Clear documentation of product requirements; Lesser rework post-kick-off
• Design sense& consistently working to get the UX better
• Follow through launches meticulously Drive clear deadlines and faster closure (be on top of things)
• A clear understanding of technical challenges involved in a product change

• Qualification-B.Tech preferably with MBA from B School will be given preference
• Project and Technology management expertise
• Software development experience in proven technology
• Expert in software architecture and development
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills – Oral, written and presentation
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
